We'll ensure to take detailed notes and provide a video summary of the inspectors findings. We respect all brokerage agreements so we will not discuss any findings or address any potential concerns with the buyers if they are in attendance. Cost - $175
Termite/Moisture Inspection Attendance: With this service, you'll have a reliable partner to step in when your schedule get's too hectic. We'll ensure to take detailed notes and provide a video summary of the inspectors findings. We respect all brokerage agreements so we will not discuss any findings or address any potential concerns with the buyers if they are in attendance. Cost - $75
Final Walk-through Attendance: With this being an essential step in any transaction, we will do a video walk through of the property showing all items in the walkthrough report are checked and confirm that any agreed upon repairs are completed. If there are last minute repair items that need to be checked off the day of closing, we can assist with that as well. Cost - $75
